- Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:- The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us at team@kyokutech.com with the following details:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos or videos showing the problem.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
- Refunds
Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:- The product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
- The product is significantly not as described.
We do not accept refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
To request a refund, please contact us at team@kyokutech.com within 7 days of receiving the item and include the following details:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos or videos showing the problem.
Once we verify the issue, refunds will be processed within 14-28 business days to the original payment method.
- Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:- Products marked as “Final Sale.”
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect.
- Order Issues
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with our supplier, CJ Dropshipping, and provide a resolution. - Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs.
- For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
